A cycle tour by two Australians, Rosemary and Michael, beginning in Copenhagen and travelling south through Rostock to Berlin. The ride then proceeds though Potsdam, Wittenberg and Dresden to Prague.
A flight to Florence will see the travellers proceed largely by train and car to explore Tuscan Italy with a focus on Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and Assisi on the way to Rome for the homeward fight.

September 2nd - Leaving on a jet plane..........
After wrestling with boxed bikes for what we estimate is the ninth time, we believe we have it covered. Tullamarine was mercifully quiet at 1:30 PM and we proceeded quickly to oversized baggage - it was nice to be free of the cumbersome chariots.
